Great staff and comfy stay
We stayed one night and warmed up to this place. Pretty noisy in the morn with a crowded breakfast area, but the staff were super helpful. Our room was decent and quiet at night. Loved the bar/lounge area for chilling after a long day. The check-in process was a bit impersonal, though.

It was just a proper fit for a whistle-stop in Manchester with value for money. The check-in was saved by the extremely helpful staff at the desk. Make sure to check parking details before arriving.

The warm welcome at reception set a pleasant tone. The breakfast was delicious, though it lacked options like tea and coffee service. The well-appointed family room was a highlight, with convenient NCP parking just a short walk away. the bar menu was quite limited and prices felt steep, making it less appealing for a late-night snack.

Mixed Experience with Room Service
During our stay, the urban views from our Executive King Room were limited, but dining options impressed us. The restaurant's ambiance created a lovely atmosphere. however, our room service was disappointingly slow. Be sure to confirm special requests immediately.

The location was good for exploring, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I particularly appreciated how they returned my partner's phone promptly after we checked out. The breakfast offered a nice variety, which I found satisfactory for starting the day. We stayed for a couple of nights and utilized the room service for our late-night snack cravings, which made our experience even better. It was a relaxing break from everyday life for my partner and me.
The tea and coffee supplies were not replenished daily. We also faced an issue with towels on the first day, which were not replaced after being taken for cleaning. These were minor inconveniences, but noticeable during our stay.

Yo, let me tell you about the Koshihikari rice – it was a culinary win! Plus, the breakfast had made-to-order omelettes that were legit amazing. And the decor? Modern flair that just brings the vibe. Definitely turned heads!
Now, the noise from the busy road outside was a bit much, not gonna lie. Even with the full-length windows, sirens and chatter crept in while I tried to catch some shut-eye.

Check-in was seamless, and the friendly staff made the experience enjoyable. The Deluxe King Room was quiet and the bed exceptionally comfy. A short walk to the city made the location ideal. However, breakfast was priced a bit high, and while it was decent, the options felt limited compared to what I expected.

The Deluxe Double & Single Room was spacious and super comfortable. It had a nice modern look, with multiple mirrors for getting ready. The lighting in the bathroom was cool too, especially the light-up mirror. I loved the tea and coffee facilities right in the room, made for a cozy start to the day. Just a bit of a hassle with a drippy shower, but overall, a pretty solid stay!
